Overview

Luton vans allow for additional payload in comparison to box vans as a result of the large storage area above the cab. LCB are able to offer many options for Luton van modification in order to further increase storage capacity. A variety of door options, load restraints, loading mechanisms, and more can also be incorporated into the design to ensure that the vehicle operates at optimum capacity. Internal Load Restraints

With a range of internal load restraints to choose from, adaptable across our entire vehicle portfolio, our team are here to ensure that payload is maximised and goods are transported safely and securely. Our restraints include load locks, tracks, lashing rails/rings, and restraints, all of which offer additional peace of mind when it comes to the health and safety of drivers and the security of items during transit.

Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP)

Lincoln Commercial Bodies offer GRP body additions for a variety of Luton Vans and Box Vans. These enhancements are strong and aerodynamic, made of wood with a fibreglass coating. GRP products are corrosion and chemical resistant and their high strength-to-weight ratio offers reliability and durability without dramatically increasing the vehicle’s weight or impacting upon its fuel efficiency.

Omnia Side Panels

Omnia ultra-light panels consist of thermally fused and bonded solutions and are the lightest in the market. The unique sandwich panels are incredibly strong and highly impact resistant, making them a good choice in comparison to heavier-duty alternatives. Depending on the amount of Omina panelling used, the lightness of the panels can afford the vehicle up to a 20% increase in payload when compared to other panel types. Omnia is also fully recyclable.

Lincoln Commercial Bodies is able to facilitate additional space through a Luton floor cab with a larger volume. This design provides lower rear access. For vehicles without lower floor access, we can also incorporate Column, Cantilever, and Tuckaway tail lifts from manufacturers, including Dhollandia, Dell, Ratclif, and Anteo.

Full closure (Forms the back of the vehicle all in 1 solution varying platform lengths with or without safety gate/trolly stops)
